Our Regional Director was knowledgeable and patient with our questions. In addition, she made us feel comfortable. She was with us every step of the way. Once our paperwork was completed and in the hands of CHI their team they work quickly and efficiently to make our dream come true. The waiting is never easy, but they where there with us the entire time. Once we were on our way to China the only thing we had to think about was our new daughter. From the moment we landed in Beijing on our first day, to the day we left China with our new daughter we were never alone. We took care of Xiara and they took care of everything else. It will always remain one of the most incredibly wonderful experiences of our lives. |
